Time management vs. Sleep

Sleep is very necessary for a healthy body. But you may guess that you sleep more than needed. And, if you say that you are unable to get up on time, then first once check if you sleep on time. If not, then again check what you were doing at the time of sleep; something useful like studying or useless like watching a movie? And, if yes, you sleep on time, then the problem of inability of getting up on time can be resolved by developing a habit. For that, you have to forcefully get up before time one day, using a good alarm clock. Do this for at least a week. I know that you will feel asleep the whole day in the college if you do so. But don’t worry. These are the side effects of diverting from a bad habit to a good one. After a week, you will have developed a new habit, the habit of getting up on time. Along with this, you have to maintain the habit of going to bed on time too. Then, we’ll not have to face the problem of dozing in the class. I’ll later tell you how you are saving your time by doing so.
